About this role
The family's search in Jeddah is for a UK & European-trained Private Physician for a confidential placement. The family expects a measured, high-standard approach to clinical assessment, and consistency from one day to the next. Once the household moves on to the Côte d'Azur for the summer, you continue the work of the private physician aboard and ashore. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. Our part is to introduce and verify the private physician; your terms are set directly with the family as your employer.
Requirements
- Registered family medicine physician (GP) with credentials recognised across UK and European systems. Applicants should show 5+ years of clinical experience, with outcomes we can verify. We consider only UK or European training for the private physician post, reviewed carefully before any introduction. Excellent spoken and written English is required, and we assess this ourselves before any introduction. Extended periods away from Jeddah are part of the post, for stays that may run to several weeks.
Benefits
- Remuneration for the private physician is £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, gross, commensurate with experience. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. In Jeddah you live within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single-status. The appointment is long-term, with a stable contract, so the post suits a clinician seeking stability. You sign the private physician contract directly with the family, with duties, leave and pay stated precisely. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
