About this role
A private family based in Dubai now needs a UK & European-trained Private Physician, with a standard of assessment the family can rely on. The private physician appointment depends on exacting clinical standards, and consistency from one day to the next. During the family's stays at their European residences, you travel too and hold your standards of care exactly as they were. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. We introduce only clinicians whose standards we have checked in detail; the family employs you and signs your contract itself.
Requirements
- The private physician must be able to evidence a medical degree and current registration as a family medicine physician (GP), in good standing and free of restrictions. 2+ years of independent clinical experience, ideally within private or concierge medicine. A UK or European training pathway is the starting point for the private physician appointment, and no shortlist is released until it is confirmed. Confidentiality is absolute in this post, and a clear command of English supports safe clinical handovers. A current passport and a flexible diary are essential, and the family values clinicians who adapt calmly.
Benefits
- A gross salary of £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, applies, in line with the precision the role demands. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The private physician lives within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single-status. You receive generous paid leave, and the family intends a lasting relationship. Employment terms for the private physician are written directly between you and the family, on terms agreed openly from the start. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
