In Abu Dhabi, the family seeks a UK & European-trained Private Physician, with a standard of assessment the family can rely on. Standards are high for this private physician position, delivered inside the family's own home. When the family's calendar turns to Europe, care follows them without a change of clinician. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. Our assessment of the private physician covers registration, references and clinical history; you then contract directly with the family, who employ you.

Requirements

• Every applicant must show a medical degree and current registration as a family medicine physician (GP), confirmed with the registering body. A track record of 5+ years in clinical practice is expected, where decisions had to be made independently. The shortlist for the private physician is drawn from UK and European registers, with each qualification assessed document by document. English must be fluent enough for clinical handovers and written notes, and you must be able to write clear clinical assessment notes in English. You should be comfortable with short-notice departures, and we ask about this at the first assessment.

Benefits

• Expect a gross salary of £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, paid on a permanent footing. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Relocation is arranged by the family, and you live within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single-status.
