About this role
A long-term Private Physician position is available with a family in Doha. This is a sole-charge family medicine role covering household members of all ages and the resident staff. The family spends school holidays in London and part of each summer in Marbella, where you travel with them. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. You will keep the family's records and vaccinations in order across both countries.
Requirements
- You are a family medicine physician (GP) registered in the UK or Europe. Candidates bring 3+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably in general practice. Paediatric confidence is important in a household of this size. Fluent English and a signed NDA are required. We check your registration and references before introducing you.
Benefits
- The package is gross at £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, on a permanent contract. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family provides your accommodation within its residence, and flights. Holidays are agreed in advance around the school calendar.
