About this role
A private family in Dubai seeks a UK & European-trained Private Physician for continuous, in-residence medical care. The role calls for steady independent judgement and trust that grows over years. When the family leaves Dubai for Europe, the private physician goes with them, so the daily routine of care stays unbroken. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. The employment relationship is with the family directly, with trust established at the point of introduction.
Requirements
- You hold a full medical licence in family medicine (general practice) within a UK or European system. 3+ years of independent clinical experience, ideally within private or concierge medicine. UK or European training and registration are the entry standard for every private physician we introduce, and we hold that line on every appointment. Confident spoken and written English and discretion backed by an NDA are required before deployment. Composure, sound judgement and an unfailing sense of trust are asked of you. Candidates should be ready to travel with the family with a valid passport.
Benefits
- Remuneration is gross at £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, on a permanent basis, reflecting the seniority of a private physician. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family arranges and pays for your accommodation within its residence, and your flights. Regular paid leave, travel home each year and contract security are all provided by the family. The employment relationship is with the family personally, after we have introduced and verified you. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
