Expect to accompany the family to Paris; clinical cover stays in your hands wherever they stay, mostly under your own judgement. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. Requirements

• The post requires a registered family medicine physician (GP) with UK or European credentials, able to hold your own judgement. A record of 2 or more years in practice is needed, enough to carry independent judgement. Training and registration must come from the UK or Europe, as the foundation for independent judgement. You need confident, professional English; the family expects confidentiality and discretion from the first day. Registration, references and training history are checked by us first, so that your own judgement is trusted for good reason.

Benefits

• Remuneration of £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, is gross, paid on a permanent basis. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the family's residence is provided by the family, so you can focus on primary care. Flights home are provided by the family, so rest never depends on goodwill.
