Private Physician — Permanent Concierge Placement — Abu Dhabi

The family's household in Abu Dhabi is looking for a UK & European-trained private physician. Time abroad forms part of the appointment, including the Alps, where you keep clinical cover seamless, without a handover to anyone else. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. We introduce only those private physicians whose credentials we have checked ourselves, and no name is shared before that work is done. You sign with the family itself, never with us, which protects your autonomy as a private physician.

Requirements

• We need a family medicine physician (GP) whose licence and degree are UK or European and in good standing, confirmed by the issuing body. You should have worked no fewer than 3 years since qualifying, with evidence of acting on your own judgement. We place private physicians whose training and licence belong to the UK or European systems, and your credentials are checked against it. Excellent spoken and written English is expected; strict confidentiality is part of the appointment. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies; it does not employ, so that full clinical autonomy is trusted for good reason.

Benefits

• The post pays £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, entirely gross, for a role held with independent judgement. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family provides your accommodation within its residence in Abu Dhabi from the first day. Paid annual leave is built into the contract so you can step back between demanding periods in Abu Dhabi. Contracts are issued by the family, not by an agency, and the terms for medical care are agreed openly. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
