Private Physician — Live-In Medical Continuity — Doha

A private family in Doha is looking for a UK & European-trained private physician, to fill the live-in medical continuity role. When the family leaves Doha for Europe, the appointment goes with them, with primary medical care and long-term health oversight remaining your responsibility throughout. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. The family is your employer and signs with you directly, while Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies each clinician.

Requirements

• You are a qualified family medicine physician (GP) with current UK or European registration, with a clean regulatory history and primary medical care and long-term health oversight. Post-qualification experience of 2+ years is expected, partly spent caring for a single client or family. Your training and registration must be UK or European. Fluent English is required for daily exchanges with the family, plus a signed non-disclosure agreement before deployment. Before the family sees your name, we check your registration with the issuing body, and we tell you plainly what we find.

Benefits

• The gross package is £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family provides your accommodation within its residence in Doha. Paid annual leave is provided by the family, plus flights home each year. Final terms are agreed between you and the family, and Medical Staff Talent takes no role in the employment. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
