A private family based in Dubai requires a UK & European-trained Private Physician for a permanent, live-in position. A calm, unobtrusive presence is what this residence expects, and the family values a clinician who rarely draws attention. You will go where the family goes, whether that is London, Marbella or the Côte d'Azur, so the family sees the same face and the same standard throughout. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. The family employs you directly; our involvement is verification and introduction.
Requirements
- A qualified family medicine physician (GP) whose medical registration is held in the UK or Europe, which suits a discreet residence such as the Dubai home. A track record of 3 years in clinical medicine, ideally with exposure to quiet, discreet households. We introduce private physicians trained and registered in the UK or Europe; we ask for evidence, and we check it. Calm, precise English is essential for a private physician here, and you will keep the family's affairs entirely private. Expect to spend extended periods in Europe with the family; discretion in unfamiliar surroundings is expected.
Benefits
- You will receive £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, gross, set to reward a quiet, dependable tenure. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. A private home within the Dubai residence is provided by the family. Time off is paid, and flights home are provided by the family; the contract is built for a lasting, settled tenure.
