About this role
One private family based in Doha has opened a search for a UK & European-trained private physician for a long-term post framed as discreet clinical stewardship. As the family's routine shifts from Doha to London, Marbella, the Côte d'Azur or Switzerland, your care travels at their side, so the daily routine of care stays unbroken. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. The family is your employer personally, following our introduction and checks on your credentials and references.
Requirements
- The role requires a full medical licence in family medicine (general practice) granted by a UK or European regulator. At least 2 years of hands-on clinical practice following full registration. Training and licensing must sit within a UK or European system for this private physician post, confirmed against the register by our team. Strong English and a signed NDA are prerequisites for the role. Complete discretion, a steady manner and an unfailing sense of trust are asked of you. The family expects you to be ready to travel with the family with a valid passport.
Benefits
- A gross £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, is offered, structured for lasting tenure, reflecting the seniority of a private physician. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family arranges and pays for accommodation within its residence, and flights. Regular paid leave, travel home each year and long-term security are provided by the family. The family appoints you from the outset, while we stay on as your introducer. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
