A private family in Dubai is looking for a UK & European-trained private physician for the family's confidential household appointment. The role calls for steady independent judgement and an unfailing sense of routine. When the family leaves Dubai for Europe, the private physician goes with them, which is how trust is kept over the years. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. The family appoints you in a direct agreement, with our role limited to a careful introduction.

Requirements

• You hold a medical degree and current registration as a family medicine physician (GP) from a UK or European body. You bring 5 or more years of independent clinical practice. We confirm your UK or European training and registration before your private physician profile reaches the family; this is checked before any introduction. Fluent English and a signed confidentiality agreement are expected from day one. Quiet professionalism, calm authority and an unfailing sense of trust are asked of you. You must be able to travel internationally and hold a valid passport.

Benefits

• Remuneration is gross at £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, for a long-term appointment, reflecting the trust placed in the role. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Your private physician appointment includes, at the family's cost, accommodation within the family's residence and flights. Annual leave on full pay, return flights to your home country and a dependable long-term arrangement are included. The employment relationship is with the family in a direct agreement, and we remain available for questions about the process. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.
