About this role
We are mandated by a private family in Abu Dhabi to place a UK & European-trained Private Physician. The role calls for calm clinical judgement and trust that grows over years. On each journey the family makes beyond Abu Dhabi, the same private physician is by their side, and the rhythm of the household is protected wherever it settles. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. Employment is agreed with the family personally, after we have introduced and verified you.
Requirements
- Candidates need a recognised medical qualification in family medicine (general practice) with unrestricted registration in the UK or Europe, in good standing. You bring 3 or more years of unsupervised clinical experience. A private physician must be trained and registered in the UK or Europe, and we hold that line on every appointment. Confident spoken and written English and a signed NDA are part of the trust the family places in you. Composure, reliability and a trusted presence at home are required. The family expects you to be prepared to move at short notice with documents always in order.

- You receive £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, gross, structured for lasting tenure, reflecting the seniority of a private physician. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Provided by the family: private accommodation within the family's residence, and journeys. Protected paid leave, home flights and the stability of a permanent post are offered by the family. Your contract is with the family directly, and we remain available for questions about the process. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
