About this role
We are recruiting a UK & European-trained Private Physician on behalf of a private family in Abu Dhabi. The role needs poise, discretion and an instinct for the family's routine, in keeping with a quiet confidential concierge care brief. Expect the appointment to follow the family beyond Abu Dhabi, residence to residence, with the same calm, private routine kept in every residence. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. Your employer is the family and no one else; we confirm your credentials and make the introduction.
Requirements
- Registered as a family medicine physician (GP), in good standing, with a UK or European medical body, supported by documents you can produce readily. 5 years in clinical medicine, with a calm and dependable record, and the maturity to work alone. Registration and training in the UK or Europe are both expected; this is verified in advance, quietly and thoroughly. English must be fluent and measured, alongside a binding confidentiality agreement. Willingness to travel for weeks at a time is expected; light, prepared and discreet is how the family likes you to travel.
Benefits
- The family offers £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, gross, reflecting the seniority of the appointment. It is a gross salary, paid into the bank account of your choice. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Your accommodation within the family's residence is provided by the family. Regular flights home and paid leave are provided by the family; the post is designed for stability, not for short assignments. Trips to London, Switzerland or the Mediterranean are covered by the family, including accommodation, and each journey is planned around your needs as well as theirs. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
