About this role
We are mandated by a private family in Dubai to place a UK & European-trained Private Nurse. Quiet competence defines the private nurse we are seeking, delivered inside the family's own home. If the family spends a season in Switzerland, you travel too and hold your standards of care exactly as they were. We assess and verify the private nurse's registration and references before any introduction; the family employs you and signs your contract itself.
Requirements
- We require a nursing qualification and current registration, in good standing and free of restrictions. Expect to evidence 3 years of nursing practice, where decisions had to be made independently. Our standard for the private nurse is a UK or European qualification, and no shortlist is released until it is confirmed. The private nurse must communicate in precise, professional English, and a clear command of English supports safe clinical handovers. International travel alongside the family is a standing expectation, and the family values clinicians who adapt calmly.
Benefits
- Compensation is gross, from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. In Dubai you live within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single-status. Annual leave and flights home are provided by the family, and the family intends a lasting relationship. Your contract is signed with the family itself, on terms agreed openly from the start. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
