About this role
A discreet nursing appointment has opened with a private family in Doha for a UK & European-trained Private Nurse.
The appointment suits a self-assured private nurse who values a long tenure with one family.
The long-term brief covers the family's movements between Doha and their European homes, which keeps the same trusted clinician at their side.
Terms of employment are set between you and the family, as MST only introduces and verifies clinicians.
Requirements
-
The family requires a clinician who relocates alone: the appointment is live-in and single-status, with a start within six weeks and the flexibility to travel with the family at any time.
-
A properly registered private nurse who holds current nursing registration in the UK or Europe.
-
The family expects 3 years of settled clinical experience.
-
Every shortlisted clinician is trained in the UK or Europe.
-
Strong English is a condition of the role, and discretion is a standing obligation, not a formality.
-
We check that your registration is live and we confirm it ourselves.
-
Employment history is confirmed and nothing is passed on without your consent.
Benefits
-
Compensation comes to £72,000 – £84,000, tax-free.
-
Accommodation within the residence is provided, and relocation is arranged by the family, from the first day of the appointment.
-
The family covers flights home and paid annual leave, under a stable permanent contract.
-
Engagement essentials
-
Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care.
-
Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
