About this role
A private family in Riyadh is seeking a UK & European-trained Private Nurse for confidential, in-residence care. This appointment demands a clinician who is at ease in a private residence, with the family's day-to-day nursing needs looked after quietly at the heart of the home. Journeys between Riyadh, Switzerland and the Mediterranean are part of the working pattern, with dates shared as early as the family itself has them. The family itself engages the private nurse; we introduce and verify.
Requirements
- A private nurse holding up-to-date UK or European registration, confirmed before any introduction. Experience of 2 years in private nursing, and the maturity to work alone. The family asks for UK or European training, verified by us; your documents are verified before any introduction. You must communicate in confident English, and a signed NDA is a condition of the appointment. Freedom to travel internationally is expected; the family values patience and calm above all.
Benefits
- Remuneration starts from €5,000 a month, gross. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Private accommodation within the family's residence is provided by the family. You receive paid leave, with flights home provided by the family; the post is designed for stability, not for short assignments. Time abroad carries no cost to you, as the family provides flights and accommodation, so you are never out of pocket. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
