About this role
A private household in Dubai wishes to appoint a UK & European-trained private nurse, in a private household nursing lead role built on trust. The appointment needs dependable nursing judgement within the rhythm of a private household. When plans take the family abroad from Dubai, you are expected to join them, so the family never has to start again with a stranger. Employment is agreed with the family in a direct agreement, while we stay on as your introducer.
Requirements
- The role requires a nursing qualification and active registration granted by a UK or European regulator. A minimum of 2 years of hands-on nursing practice to build lasting trust with a family. We place only clinicians trained and licensed in the UK or Europe, with registration verified in advance. Strong English and a signed NDA are required before deployment. Quiet professionalism, reliability and a trusted presence at home are required. We look for someone who is ready to travel with the family when the family's plans change.
Benefits
- Remuneration starts from €5,000 a month, gross. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family arranges and pays for accommodation within its residence, and travel. Protected paid leave, flights home and lasting continuity are part of the family's offer. Employment is agreed with the family personally, with our role limited to a careful introduction. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
