At the start of every European season, you remain their clinician, so the daily routine of care stays unbroken. The family is your employer from the outset, while we stay on as your introducer.
Requirements
- Candidates need full nursing licensure from a UK or European body. The family expects 5+ years of post-registration nursing experience to build lasting trust with a family. A private nurse must be trained and registered in the UK or Europe, verified by us at the very start. Fluent English and discretion backed by an NDA are expected from day one. Tact, a steady manner and the ability to blend into daily routine are vital. Candidates should be prepared to move at short notice with documents always in order.
Benefits
- You will earn from €5,000 a month, gross. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family provides accommodation within its residence, and flights. Paid leave, flights home and a stable, settled routine come with the appointment. Employment is agreed with the family personally, with trust established at the point of introduction. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
