About this role
A private family based in Riyadh requires a UK & European-trained Private Nurse on a permanent basis. The appointment depends on a private nurse who can act alone with confidence, day in and day out. The private nurse travels with the family: when they leave Riyadh for the Algarve, bedside care continues without a break, mostly under your own judgement. We introduce only those private nurses whose credentials we have checked ourselves, leaving the family free to judge fit. The family is the employer and signs the contract with you directly, which protects your autonomy as a private nurse.
Requirements
- Applicants must be registered private nurses from the UK or European systems, able to hold full clinical autonomy. You should have worked no fewer than 2 years since qualifying, including time spent in sole charge. We place private nurses whose training and licence belong to the UK or European systems, as the foundation for unsupervised responsibility. You need confident, professional English, and a signed NDA is a condition of working with the family. We introduce only those private nurses whose credentials we have checked ourselves, ahead of any conversation with the family in Riyadh.
Benefits
- Compensation is gross, from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family provides your accommodation within its residence in Riyadh, as part of the permanent contract. You receive generous leave and regular flights home, both provided by the family, because a private nurse in sole charge needs real time away. You sign with the family itself, never with us, and the terms for nursing care are agreed openly. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
