About this role
A private family based in Dubai is searching for a private nurse, UK & European-trained, to lead nursing care, with unsupervised responsibility from the first day. The post is not tied to Dubai: Monaco is part of the calendar, and so is bedside care there, often with unsupervised responsibility. Registration, references and training history are checked by us first, ahead of any conversation with the family in Dubai. The employment relationship is yours and the family's alone, and the terms for private nursing are agreed openly.
Requirements
- Applicants must be registered private nurses from the UK or European systems, confirmed by the issuing body. You should have worked no fewer than 5 years since qualifying, preferably in private rather than institutional settings. Your qualification should be UK or European, a rule the family sets and we keep. You need confident, professional English, and an NDA applies before any deployment. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies; it does not employ, so the family meets only a private nurse we have vetted.
Benefits
- You will earn from €5,000 a month, gross. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the family's residence is arranged and paid for by the family, as part of the permanent contract. You receive generous leave and regular flights home, both provided by the family, scheduled around the family's own movements. The family is the employer and signs the contract with you directly, a clean arrangement for a private nurse in Dubai. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
