Private Nurse — Private Family Nursing — Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a UK & European-trained private nurse to join a private family in Abu Dhabi, on a permanent private family nursing basis. Warmth, composure and professionalism define the person the family wants, and nowhere more than in day-to-day nursing care for the family. Moving between Abu Dhabi and the family's European addresses is routine, with day-to-day nursing care for the family in your hands wherever they stay. The family appoints you, and you sign with them directly, and Medical Staff Talent only introduces and verifies you.

Requirements

• This post is for a private nurse trained and registered in the UK or Europe, whose recent work has centred on day-to-day nursing care for the family. A career of 2 years since qualifying is required, gained in settings where you worked largely unsupervised. This Abu Dhabi post is limited to clinicians trained and registered in the UK or Europe, a condition set by the family from the outset. The family's working language is English, and yours must be fluent, and a firm commitment to confidentiality is non-negotiable. Your professional history is verified by us before the introduction takes place, so the family meets only checked clinicians.

Benefits

• Remuneration starts from €5,000 a month, gross. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Living arrangements within the family's residence in Abu Dhabi are provided by the family. Annual leave is guaranteed in your contract with the family, and flights home are paid for by the family. Remuneration, leave and duties are put in writing by the family, with no third party between you. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
