About this role
A family residing in Riyadh wishes to appoint a UK & European-trained private nurse within the family's private estate nursing arrangement. The appointment needs a calm and reassuring presence and trust that grows over years. At the start of every European season, you accompany them as a matter of course, and the trust built at home carries across borders. Your contract is with the family from the outset, with terms discussed openly before you decide.
Requirements
- The role requires a recognised nursing degree and current registration granted by a UK or European regulator. At least 2 years of post-registration nursing experience. Training and licensing must sit within a UK or European system for this private nurse post, and we hold that line on every appointment. Confident spoken and written English along with strict confidentiality undertakings are expected from day one. Discretion, a steady manner and an unfailing sense of trust are asked of you. The family expects you to be willing to join European and international trips as part of the role.
Benefits
- The gross salary for this post starts from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Provided by the family: private accommodation within the family's residence, and flights. Protected paid leave, flights home and long-term security are provided by the family. Employment is agreed with the family from the outset, with terms discussed openly before you decide. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
