About this role
We are recruiting a UK & European-trained private nurse for a private family in Riyadh, on a permanent private duty continuity basis. This post rewards steadiness, good judgement and quiet reliability, and nowhere more than in day-to-day nursing care for the family. Time abroad with the family is part of the work, with day-to-day nursing care for the family in your hands wherever they stay. Your employer is the family itself, under a direct contract, and Medical Staff Talent only introduces and verifies you.
Requirements
- Applicants must be a registered private nurse, UK or European trained, whose recent work has centred on day-to-day nursing care for the family. We look for 5 years in clinical practice since qualifying, gained in settings where you worked largely unsupervised. UK or European qualification is the only route into this appointment, a condition set by the family from the outset. Excellent written and spoken English is needed for notes, handovers and conversations, and a firm commitment to confidentiality is non-negotiable. We verify your qualifications and registration ourselves before any introduction, so the family meets only checked clinicians.
Benefits
- Compensation is gross, from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the family's residence in Riyadh is arranged and paid for by the family. The family gives generous paid leave each year, and flights home are paid for by the family. The contract is yours and the family's alone, with no third party between you. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
