About this role
A private family based in Jeddah now needs a UK & European-trained Private Nurse for a stable, live-in role. The family looks for a private nurse whose nursing assessment is rigorous, with strict adherence to confidentiality. As the family moves between Jeddah, London and the Mediterranean, you accompany them as part of the appointment, never as an afterthought. Verification of the private nurse's qualifications is ours; the family, not the agency, is the employing party.
Requirements
- The essential foundation is a nursing qualification and current registration, granted by a UK or European regulator. 3+ years spent in nursing practice is required, checked against employer references. We shortlist the private nurse exclusively from UK and European training systems, confirmed with the awarding institution. A signed NDA is a condition of this appointment, and the standard is set from the first conversation. You will need to be at ease with frequent travel, and we confirm availability before any introduction.
Benefits
- Remuneration starts from €5,000 a month, gross. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Relocation to Jeddah is arranged by the family, and you live within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single-status. The family offers a permanent footing, giving the private nurse a predictable rhythm of work and rest. The signed agreement is yours and the family's, with nothing left ambiguous. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
