About this role
We are assisting a private family in Dubai who need a UK & European-trained Private Nurse for a stable, live-in role. The private nurse will be assessed on judgement as well as technique, within the privacy of the family home. On international trips and extended European stays, you hold the same exacting standard of care in every residence. We introduce, we verify, and then we step back; any offer comes from the family, and you accept it directly with them.
Requirements
- The private nurse must be able to evidence a nursing qualification and current registration, with documents available for our checks. 5+ years of nursing practice is the minimum, checked against employer references. Candidates for this private nurse position come from UK or European training programmes, and it is verified at source. Discretion about the family is non-negotiable, and we test this before an introduction is made. Readiness to work away from home for weeks at a time is required, with the continuity the family expects.
Benefits
- Pay starts from €5,000 a month, gross. It is a gross salary, paid into the bank account of your choice. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The private nurse lives within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single-status. Leave is built into the private nurse appointment, with leave agreed at the outset in your contract. The family signs with you directly, once the family has met you. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
