About this role
We are introducing a UK & European-trained private nurse to a private family in Jeddah, with your own judgement from the first day. When the family moves to Mallorca for the season, you move with them, and day-to-day care carries on, and you decide how it is delivered. Registration, references and training history are checked by us first, which matters most when the post carries independent judgement. You sign with the family itself, never with us, so expectations around a post-natal residential care role are clear from the start.
Requirements
- A current UK or European registration as a private nurse is the starting point. A record of 5 or more years in practice is needed, some of it in private nursing. We place private nurses whose training and licence belong to the UK or European systems. English must be fluent enough for clinical handovers and family conversations; strict confidentiality is part of the appointment, and we say so plainly. Our part is a verified introduction and nothing more, so the family meets only a private nurse we have vetted.
Benefits
- Pay starts from €5,000 a month, gross. It is a gross salary, paid into the bank account of your choice. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family provides your accommodation within the residence in Jeddah, so you can focus on nursing care. Flights home are provided by the family, because a private nurse in sole charge needs real time away. The family is the employer and signs the contract with you directly, with your own judgement defined on paper. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
