About this role
A private family in Abu Dhabi seeks a UK & European-trained Private Nurse for continuous, confidential care. The appointment depends on a private nurse who can act alone with confidence, with no one looking over your shoulder. The post is not tied to Abu Dhabi: the Alps are part of the calendar, and so is day-to-day care there. Registration, references and training history are checked by us first, leaving the family free to judge fit. The family contracts with you directly; we are not a party to the agreement, with sole charge defined on paper.
Requirements
- A current UK or European registration as a private nurse is the starting point, with no restrictions on practice. We look for 3 years of post-registration practice at minimum, some of it in nursing care. We place private nurses whose training and licence belong to the UK or European systems. Clear English is required at every level of the role; the family expects confidentiality and discretion from the first day. Our part is a verified introduction and nothing more, which matters most when the post carries unsupervised responsibility.
Benefits
- Pay starts from €5,000 a month, gross. It is a gross salary, paid into the bank account of your choice. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the residence is provided and relocation is arranged by the family, an arrangement that supports sole charge. Rest is protected: leave and flights home are part of the offer, which keeps a long-term private nurse post sustainable. The family contracts with you directly; we are not a party to the agreement, with full clinical autonomy defined on paper. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
