About this role
A private family based in Jeddah is searching for a private nurse, UK & European-trained, to lead bedside care. This is a post for someone who works independently and without fuss, and that is rare. From Jeddah to the Côte d'Azur, the family's travel is yours too, and nursing care follows, often with independent judgement. We verify each private nurse's registration, references and training before any introduction, ahead of any conversation with the family in Jeddah. The family contracts with you directly; we are not a party to the agreement, with every term set out in writing before you commit.
Requirements
- Applicants must be registered private nurses from the UK or European systems, able to hold unsupervised responsibility. We look for 5 years of post-registration practice at minimum, enough to carry full clinical autonomy. Eligibility rests on UK or European training and a current registration, a rule the family sets and we keep. Fluent English is essential, and an NDA applies before any deployment. Registration, references and training history are checked by us first, so the family meets only a private nurse we have vetted.
Benefits
- Pay starts from €5,000 a month, gross. It is a gross salary, paid into the bank account of your choice. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Your accommodation within the family's residence and the cost of the move are covered by the family. Flights home are provided by the family, which keeps a long-term private nurse post sustainable. The employment relationship is yours and the family's alone, including the scope of your judgement and authority. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
