About this role
A private family in Doha is seeking a UK & European-trained Private Nurse for confidential, in-residence care. This appointment demands a clinician who is at ease in a private residence, so that the rhythm of the residence shapes the family's day-to-day nursing needs. Journeys between Doha, Switzerland and the Mediterranean are part of the working pattern, and discretion travels with you. The family itself engages the private nurse; our work is to introduce a verified clinician.
Requirements
- A private nurse holding up-to-date UK or European registration, supported by documents you can produce readily. Experience of 5+ years in private nursing, and comfort in a calm, unhurried environment. The family asks for UK or European training, verified by us; this is verified in advance, quietly and thoroughly. You must communicate in confident English, and nothing about the family leaves the residence. Freedom to travel internationally is expected; light, prepared and discreet is how the family likes you to travel.
Benefits
- Compensation is gross, from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Private accommodation is provided within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single-status. You receive paid leave, with flights home provided by the family; the contract is intended to be lasting. Time abroad carries no cost to you, as the family provides flights and accommodation, and standards of stay match those of the Doha residence. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
