About this role
A discreet nursing appointment has opened with a private family in Dubai for a UK & European-trained Private Nurse. The mandate suits a private nurse who is calm when the decision is theirs alone, day in and day out. Travel is part of the role, with the Alps on the family's regular route and nursing care uninterrupted, and you decide how it is delivered. We verify each private nurse's registration, references and training before any introduction, so that sole charge is trusted for good reason.
Requirements
- You are a fully qualified private nurse with current registration in the UK or Europe, with no restrictions on practice. 2 years or more of qualified clinical experience are expected, some of it in private nursing. Eligibility rests on UK or European training and a current registration, because a private nurse with full autonomy needs a system the family trusts. English must be fluent enough for clinical handovers and family conversations; the family expects confidentiality and discretion from the first day, which we regard as non-negotiable. We introduce only those private nurses whose credentials we have checked ourselves, which matters most when the post carries independent judgement.
Benefits
- Compensation is gross, from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Your accommodation within the residence is covered and relocation is arranged by the family, so you can focus on nursing care. You receive generous leave and regular flights home, both provided by the family, with cover planned around your independent judgement duties. The family contracts with you directly; we are not a party to the agreement, so expectations around a neonatal household support role are clear from the start. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
