About this role
The family's household in Abu Dhabi is looking for a UK & European-trained private nurse, with sole charge from the first day. This role calls for sound judgement exercised without supervision. Expect to accompany the family to London; day-to-day care stays in your hands wherever they stay. Verification comes first: licence, qualification and referees are all confirmed by us, which matters most when the post carries sole charge.
Requirements
- We need a private nurse whose licence and degree are UK or European and in good standing. We look for 3 years of post-registration practice at minimum, some of it in private nursing. The family has asked for UK & European-trained private nurses exclusively, and that standard applies to every candidate we introduce. English must be fluent enough for clinical handovers and family conversations, alongside a binding NDA from day one, and it is checked before we proceed. We verify each private nurse's registration, references and training before any introduction, which matters most when the post carries unsupervised responsibility.
Benefits
- Remuneration starts from €5,000 a month, gross. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family provides accommodation within the residence and covers your travel, which suits a neonatal household support post. Annual leave and return flights are covered by the family, which keeps a long-term private nurse post sustainable. The family contracts with you directly; we are not a party to the agreement, a clean arrangement for a private nurse in Abu Dhabi. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
