About this role
A private family in Dubai is appointing a permanent Private Nurse, trained in the UK or Europe. This is specialist infant nursing at home, monitoring breathing, feeding and growth after a neonatal stay. From mid-July the family spends the summer in Marbella, and you travel with them as part of the care plan. You will keep the family's specialists informed of progress.
Requirements
- Your nursing qualification and registration come from the UK or Europe. The family asks for 3+ years of nursing experience after qualifying. Neonatal intensive care or high-dependency experience is essential. You are fluent in English and fully discreet. Two clinical references will be confirmed before introduction.
Benefits
- You will earn from €5,000 a month, gross. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the residence and flights are provided by the family. Paid leave is planned once the care plan has settled. The family employs you directly after our introduction. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
