About this role
A private family in Riyadh is recruiting a UK & European-trained private nurse to take up the long-term nursing appointment. The appointment needs dependable nursing judgement with total discretion in the home. Whether the family is in Riyadh, in London or on the Riviera, you are expected to join them, keeping continuity intact from one residence to the next. The employment relationship is with the family and no one else, and we remain available for questions about the process.
Requirements
- Candidates need a recognised nursing degree and current registration issued in the UK or Europe and verified by us. The family expects 5+ years of hands-on nursing practice. We shortlist only practitioners with UK or European training and registration, with credentials confirmed at the start. Excellent English and discretion backed by an NDA are expected from day one. Complete discretion, reliability and the ability to blend into daily routine are vital. The family expects you to be comfortable with frequent travel and a flexible routine with documents always in order.
Benefits
- The package is gross, from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family arranges and pays for accommodation within its residence, and flights. Regular paid leave, home flights and contract security are all provided by the family. The family appoints you and no one else, with our role limited to a careful introduction. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
