A family residing in Doha is recruiting a UK & European-trained private nurse for a long-term post framed as long-term nursing appointment. The role calls for a calm and reassuring presence and an unfailing sense of routine. When plans take the family abroad from Doha, you remain their clinician, so the family never has to start again with a stranger. Your contract is with the family directly, while we stay on as your introducer.
Requirements
- Candidates need a nursing qualification and active registration granted by a UK or European regulator. You bring 2 or more years of post-registration nursing experience to build lasting trust with a family. UK or European training and registration are the entry standard for every private nurse we introduce, so that trust begins on firm ground. Strong English together with written NDA acceptance are expected from day one. Tact, a steady manner and respect for family confidentiality are expected. You must be prepared to move at short notice with a valid passport.
Benefits
- Pay starts from €5,000 a month, gross. It is a gross salary, paid into the bank account of your choice. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Your private nurse appointment includes, at the family's cost, a place to live within the family's residence in Doha, and travel. Generous annual leave, return flights to your home country and a dependable long-term arrangement are included. You sign with the family in a direct agreement, with our role limited to a careful introduction. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
