Private Nurse — Long-Term Family Placement — Doha, Tax-Free

Private Medical Jobs with Private Families in the Gulf
Doha, Doha, QA Posted Oct 8, 2026
Full-time

About this role

A Doha family is looking for a UK & European-trained Private Nurse for a long-term family placement.

The role is one-to-one paediatric nursing, supporting long-term condition care at home and at school.

Summers are spent in London and Devon, and you travel with the family to keep care consistent.

You will also teach age-appropriate self-care as your patient grows.

Requirements

  • You trained as a nurse in the UK or Europe and are registered there.

  • Candidates bring 2+ years of nursing experience since qualifying, ideally in paediatrics.

  • Paediatric long-term condition care and medication management are essential.

  • English is fluent and you build trust with young patients easily.

  • We take up a paediatric reference before introduction.

Benefits

  • Compensation is tax-free at £72,000 – £84,000 for this long-term placement.

  • Private accommodation within the residence and travel are covered by the family.

  • Leave is planned around school holidays.

  • The family is your direct employer, after our introduction.

  • Engagement essentials

  • Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.

  • Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.

  • Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care.

  • Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
