About this role
A family in Riyadh is appointing a UK & European-trained Private Nurse to lead nursing in the household. The role is one-to-one nursing for long-term neurological care, with medication timing and mobility at its centre. The family spends the hottest months in Switzerland, and you go with them so the care plan stays the same. You will coordinate follow-up with the family's specialists.
Requirements
- You are a registered nurse with UK or European training. At least 5+ years' post-registration nursing experience, ideally in long-term care. Experience in neurological nursing is important. Excellent English and discretion are expected. References from a community or long-term care setting will be checked. You are comfortable travelling to Switzerland each summer with the household.
Benefits
- Compensation is gross, from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Private accommodation within the residence and summer travel are provided by the family. Annual leave is agreed in advance with the family. You contract directly with the family. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
