About this role
A Dubai family is appointing a UK & European-trained Private Nurse to a live-in post. The role is one-to-one nursing for long-term medical care, with fluid balance, medication management and treatment schedules at its centre. Each summer the household spends several weeks in London, and you travel with them to keep care consistent. You will lead the household's nursing and train support staff.
Requirements
- Your nursing qualification is from the UK or Europe, and your registration is active. Candidates should hold 5+ years of post-qualification nursing experience, ideally in acute medical care. Familiarity with complex medication reviews is essential. You communicate clearly in English and respect the family's privacy. We ask a senior clinical referee about your practice.
Benefits
- Pay starts from €5,000 a month, gross. It is a gross salary, paid into the bank account of your choice. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family covers accommodation within the residence and travel. Leave is scheduled so that cover is always in place. You agree terms directly with the family, which employs you. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
