About this role
A family in Abu Dhabi has asked us to find a UK & European-trained Private Nurse to lead nursing care at home. The role is skilled, steady one-to-one nursing, with medication management, mobility support and close monitoring. Part of each summer is spent at the family's house near Lake Lucerne, and you travel with the household there. You will coordinate with the family's specialists and therapists.
Requirements
- Nursing registration from the UK or Europe is required. Applicants need a minimum of 3 years' nursing practice, ideally in acute medical or community care. Close clinical monitoring and mobility support are essential. Fluent English and a respectful, private manner are expected. We speak to your most recent clinical lead before introduction.
Benefits
- You will earn from €5,000 a month, gross. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the residence and travel to Switzerland are covered by the family. Leave is arranged in advance with the family. You sign directly with the family as your employer. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
