Private Nurse — Household Care Continuity — Jeddah

One private family based in Jeddah has opened a search for a UK & European-trained private nurse for a long-term post framed as household care continuity. The role calls for dependable nursing judgement and a commitment to continuity of care. At the start of every European season, the private nurse goes with them, and the rhythm of the household is protected wherever it settles. You sign with the family in a direct agreement, once our verification of your registration is complete.

Requirements

• You hold full nursing licensure in the UK or Europe, in good standing. At least 3 years of nursing experience in one-to-one settings. We place only those trained and registered in the UK or Europe, and we check this before any introduction. Professional English and a signed NDA are required throughout the appointment. Discretion, sound judgement and a trusted presence at home are required. Candidates should be willing to join European and international trips as part of the role.

Benefits

• Remuneration starts from €5,000 a month, gross. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family provides a place to live within its residence in Jeddah, and flights. Annual leave on full pay, travel home each year and contract security are all provided by the family. The family appoints you and no one else, while we stay on as your introducer. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
