About this role
A private family in Riyadh is looking for a UK & European-trained private nurse, for its executive family care post. The appointment calls for calm authority and complete discretion, particularly in day-to-day nursing care for the family. When the family leaves Riyadh for Europe, the appointment goes with them, and standards for day-to-day nursing care for the family never change. The family is your employer and signs with you directly, once Medical Staff Talent has introduced and verified you.
Requirements
- You are a qualified private nurse with current UK or European registration, with a record that includes day-to-day nursing care for the family. Post-qualification experience of 5+ years is expected, with private or one-to-one work counting in your favour. Your training and registration must be UK or European, and anything else is outside the brief. Fluent English is required for daily exchanges with the family, and everything you see in the home remains confidential. Before the family sees your name, we check your registration with the issuing body, and references are followed up personally.
Benefits
- The gross salary for this post starts from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family provides your accommodation within its residence in Riyadh. Paid annual leave is provided by the family, together with annual flights and a secure, long-term contract. Final terms are agreed between you and the family, and Medical Staff Talent takes no role in the employment. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
