About this role
A private family based in Jeddah has asked us to find a UK & European-trained private nurse, for a confidential executive family care position. The family values a measured presence and careful, unhurried work, when medication rounds, observations and a predictable daily rhythm are part of every week. Care follows the family from Jeddah to their European travels, as medication rounds, observations and a predictable daily rhythm matter as much abroad as at home. You are engaged directly by the family, with Medical Staff Talent limited to introducing and verifying.
Requirements
- The post suits a private nurse registered with a UK or European regulator, proven in day-to-day nursing care for the family. You bring 2 years of clinical work behind you, because the family values longevity of service. A UK or European training pathway underpins every introduction for this post. English at a fluent professional level is essential in this private nurse post, and strict discretion is a condition of the post. We confirm your registration status at source before presenting you to the family, which keeps the process clean for everyone.
Benefits
- Pay starts from €5,000 a month, gross. It is a gross salary, paid into the bank account of your choice. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the family's residence in Jeddah is provided by the family. Your rest between periods of travel is protected by paid leave from the family, alongside a contract designed for long-term stability. Any adjustments to the terms are discussed with the family, on terms that reflect medication rounds, observations and a predictable daily rhythm. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
