About this role
A private family in Abu Dhabi is looking for a UK & European-trained private nurse, for a confidential executive family care position. The appointment calls for calm authority and complete discretion, when medication rounds, observations and a predictable daily rhythm are part of every week. When the family leaves Abu Dhabi for Europe, the appointment goes with them, as medication rounds, observations and a predictable daily rhythm matter as much abroad as at home. The family is your employer and signs with you directly, with Medical Staff Talent limited to introducing and verifying.
Requirements
- You are a qualified private nurse with current UK or European registration, proven in day-to-day nursing care for the family. Post-qualification experience of 5+ years is expected, because the family values longevity of service. Your training and registration must be UK or European. Fluent English is required for daily exchanges with the family, and strict discretion is a condition of the post. Before the family sees your name, we check your registration with the issuing body, which keeps the process clean for everyone.
Benefits
- Compensation is gross, from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family provides your accommodation within its residence in Abu Dhabi. Paid annual leave is provided by the family, alongside a contract designed for long-term stability. Final terms are agreed between you and the family, on terms that reflect medication rounds, observations and a predictable daily rhythm. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
