A private family resident in Dubai has asked us to find a UK & European-trained Private Nurse to lead their care with precision. Standards are high for this private nurse position, with absolute discretion. When the family's calendar turns to Europe, you continue the same precise routine of nursing assessment abroad. Our assessment of the private nurse covers registration, references and clinical history; after that the contract is between you and the family alone.
Requirements
- Every applicant must show a nursing qualification and current registration, recognised across UK and European systems. Applicants should show 3+ years of nursing experience, with standards demonstrable through references. The shortlist for the private nurse is drawn from UK and European registers, checked against the issuing body. English must be fluent enough for clinical handovers and written notes, and nothing about the family leaves the household. You should be comfortable with short-notice departures, so flexibility is assessed at interview.
Benefits
- Compensation is gross, from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Relocation is arranged by the family, and you live within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single-status. A settled, long-term arrangement is intended, with continuity for both sides. Your appointment is documented in a contract with the family, and its terms are agreed before you travel. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
