About this role
A private family in Doha wishes to appoint a UK & European-trained private nurse, for a residence where privacy comes first. The family looks for steady judgement and complete discretion, because trust within the residence is built slowly. Travel with the family across Europe is built into this discreet maternity continuity post, so that the quality of the family's day-to-day nursing needs never depends on where the family happens to be. You sign with the family, not with us; we step back once the introduction has been made.
Requirements
- Valid nursing registration in the UK or Europe, in good standing, with a spotless professional record. A record of 3+ years' experience in private nursing, with a manner suited to a private residence. Your qualification should come from a UK or European training pathway; we review it carefully for the Doha residence. English at a professional level is required, together with an NDA you will sign before deployment. A settled, adaptable approach to frequent travel is required; the family's day-to-day nursing needs must stay consistent from place to place.
Benefits
- Compensation is gross, from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Your lodging is within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single-status. Return flights home are provided by the family, alongside paid leave; long-term security is offered by the family. The family bears the cost of your flights and stay whenever you travel with them, so the arrangements stay simple and private. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
