We are assisting a private family in Jeddah who need a UK & European-trained Private Nurse to lead their care with precision. The post rewards a methodical approach to nursing assessment, with absolute discretion. Should the family charter a yacht for the season, you continue the same precise routine of nursing assessment abroad. Medical Staff Talent vets the private nurse's credentials and presents the shortlist; after that the contract is between you and the family alone.
Requirements
- Our baseline is a nursing qualification and current registration, recognised across UK and European systems. A track record of 2 years in nursing practice is expected, with standards demonstrable through references. Training and registration in the UK or Europe is the benchmark for this private nurse role, checked against the issuing body. You will be asked to sign a strict confidentiality agreement, and nothing about the family leaves the household. Stays in Europe with the family form part of the role, so flexibility is assessed at interview.

- The gross salary for this post starts from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. In Jeddah you live within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single-status. Return flights home are provided by the family, with continuity for both sides. No third party sits on the contract, and its terms are agreed before you travel. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
