About this role
We are seeking a UK & European-trained private nurse to join a private family in Doha, to anchor the confidential nursing placement appointment. Warmth, composure and professionalism define the person the family wants, given how closely day-to-day nursing care for the family touches family life. Moving between Doha and the family's European addresses is routine, with particular attention to carrying clinical records and prescriptions safely between residences. The family appoints you, and you sign with them directly; Medical Staff Talent simply introduces and verifies.
Requirements
- This post is for a private nurse trained and registered in the UK or Europe, ready to lead on day-to-day nursing care for the family. A career of 2+ years since qualifying is required, with proven reliability in roles that ran for years. This Doha post is limited to clinicians trained and registered in the UK or Europe, and it applies equally to every candidate we meet. The family's working language is English, and yours must be fluent, and you will sign a confidentiality agreement before starting. Your professional history is verified by us before the introduction takes place, and we report anything unclear to you first.
Benefits
- You will earn from €5,000 a month, gross. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Living arrangements within the family's residence in Doha are provided by the family. Annual leave is guaranteed in your contract with the family, in addition to flights to see your own family. Remuneration, leave and duties are put in writing by the family, exactly as the family intends. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
