Private Nurse — Confidential Nursing Placement — Abu Dhabi

The family's household in Abu Dhabi needs a UK & European-trained private nurse, on a permanent confidential nursing placement basis. You will be trusted with the family's privacy as well as its health, and nowhere more than in day-to-day nursing care for the family. The family spends part of each year in Europe, and you go too, with day-to-day nursing care for the family in your hands wherever they stay. The family appoints you and issues your contract itself, and Medical Staff Talent only introduces and verifies you.

Requirements

• A registered private nurse in good standing with a UK or European body, whose recent work has centred on day-to-day nursing care for the family. A baseline of 3+ years of practice since qualification applies, gained in settings where you worked largely unsupervised. Your professional education must be from a UK or European system, a condition set by the family from the outset. Strong English underpins every conversation with the family and clinics, and a firm commitment to confidentiality is non-negotiable. Nothing reaches the family until we have verified your training and standing, so the family meets only checked clinicians.

Benefits

• Pay starts from €5,000 a month, gross. It is a gross salary, paid into the bank account of your choice. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Your home within the family's residence in Abu Dhabi is provided by the family, not by Medical Staff Talent. The family allows regular paid time off, and flights home are paid for by the family. You negotiate your terms with the family itself, with no third party between you. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
