On behalf of a private family in Abu Dhabi, we are sourcing a UK & European-trained Private Nurse. Calm professionalism and absolute confidentiality define this position, so that the family's day-to-day nursing needs fit the rhythm of the residence. The family spends part of each year in Europe and on the move, and you remain with them, with dates shared as early as the family itself has them. The family agrees terms with you directly; our work is to introduce a verified clinician.

Requirements

• Active UK or European nursing registration, free of restrictions, with a clean record. 3+ years of hands-on work in private nursing, ideally in settings where discretion mattered. Credentials from the UK or Europe are what the family has asked for; other routes are not considered. The family expects polished English, and nothing about the family leaves the residence. Be prepared for stays abroad that follow the family's calendar; composure on every journey is part of the job.

Benefits

• Remuneration starts from €5,000 a month, gross. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family houses you comfortably within its residence in Abu Dhabi. The family provides your flights home and your paid leave; the family wants a clinician who stays. You will not pay for travel with the family, as flights and rooms are provided by the family, and standards of stay match those of the Abu Dhabi residence. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
