A private family in Abu Dhabi requires a UK & European-trained Private Nurse for exclusive household engagement. This position asks for attentive, gentle nursing backed by a clear head in every situation. When the family leaves Abu Dhabi for Europe, you are expected to join them, so care stays steady through every move. Employment is agreed with the family and no one else, once our verification of your registration is complete.

Requirements

• You hold a recognised nursing degree and current registration granted by a UK or European regulator. You bring 5 or more years of post-registration nursing experience. We place only those trained and registered in the UK or Europe, and that standard does not move. Fluent English along with strict confidentiality undertakings are required throughout the appointment. Quiet professionalism, reliability and respect for family confidentiality are expected. Candidates should be comfortable with frequent travel and a flexible routine with documents always in order.

Benefits

• Compensation is gross, from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family provides a place to live within its residence in Abu Dhabi, and flights. Annual leave on full pay, home flights and contract security are all provided by the family. The family is your employer from the outset, with our role limited to a careful introduction. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
