Requirements
- Must be very good at cooking Delta Soups. Very important. Must be a Male. Only Male. Must have good experience with other local dishes and continental dishes too. Proven experience as a Chef in a high-end restaurant, hotel, fine-dining or luxury hospitality environment. Excellent food presentation and culinary standards. Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety and HACCP principles. Strong communication and organizational skills. Relevant culinary qualifications and international experience might be an added advantage, but not mandatory. Must be Lagos resident. Job is in Ajah. Though there’s an accommodation.
